Where exactly are the bungalows?
In El Sargento, municipality of La Paz, Baja California Sur, on the coast facing Cerralvo Island, right next to La Ventana.
How many bungalows are there?
Six: Palo Blanco, Rosa de los Vientos, Los Delfines, El Faro, Las Flores and Habitación Coral.
Do they have kitchens?
Four of the six have their own kitchen. Palo Blanco and Habitación Coral have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker instead.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, all six have air conditioning.
Is there somewhere to eat?
Yes. The La Tuna restaurant is on the same property, with a seafood menu, cocktails and live music during the week and on weekends.
Is this a good spot for kite and wing foil?
El Sargento and La Ventana are the reference point in Baja for those sports, especially between November and March.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out before 11:00 am.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel 15 calendar days or more before arrival and you get a 100% refund. Less than 15 days, or a no-show, means no refund. Date changes also need 15 days notice and are subject to availability.
Can I book online?
Not yet. We're finishing the online booking and payment system; for now, bookings go through WhatsApp.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome for an extra $300 MXN. Let us know when you book so we can plan for it.
Is there a minimum stay?
No. You can book a single night.
Do prices go up in high season?
No. The rate is the same all year, including the November–March kite season.
Is there a deposit, or do I pay in full?
You pay the full amount to confirm the booking. We do not take partial deposits.
Is there a pool?
Yes. It sits in the middle of the property, between the bungalows, and it is open to all guests.
