Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Booking

To confirm your booking, the agreed payment must be made. The booking is confirmed once that payment has been received and verified.

Cancellations 15 days or more in advance

If the cancellation is made at least 15 calendar days before the arrival date, 100% of the payments made will be refunded.

Cancellations less than 15 days in advance

If the cancellation is made less than 15 calendar days before the arrival date, 100% of the payments made will be forfeited.

In that case the payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be used as credit toward a future booking.

No show

If the guest does not arrive on the booked date, 100% of the payments made will be forfeited, with no refund, transfer or date change available.

Date changes

Any date change request must be made at least 15 calendar days in advance and is subject to availability.

If the rate for the new dates is higher, the guest must cover the difference.

Acceptance of these policies

By making any payment related to the booking, the guest confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policies of Bungalows La Tuna.
